TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The placement and purchase of an order with TM-Developments constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. TM-Developments reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms and conditions at any time.

This site is owned and operated by TM-Developments. Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of TM-Developments, Copyright © 2007-, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
PRICES
All prices listed in our website, advertisement and/or catalogue do not include shipping & handling charges which are listed separately. All prices are mail order prices. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, TM-Developments shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price TM-Developments shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.
WARNING
All parts sold by TM-Developments, except for street legal/DOT approved parts, are racing parts for off road use only. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting the vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. TM-Developments shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labour. TM-Developments shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. TM-Developments will not cover any loss in profit or labour due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or extended delays for backorder items. TM-Developments shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.
SPECIAL ORDERS
TM-Developments will determine special order items. All special ordered items must be prepaid before processing your order. Special ordered items cannot be cancelled or returned. Any order which is a special order regardless if the part is suitable or not No refund can be given.
CANCELLATIONS
Any order which is cancelled with TM-Developments once the order is in processing will be subject to a 20% (Twenty percent) re stocking fee
PAYMENT
TM-Developments accept all major credit cards, E cheques, payable through Pay Pal . Bank transfers are also accepted;. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholders billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholders bank. Please only send cash by registered post as we are not responsible for any loss that may occur within the Postal Service.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped by either Royal Mail or a pre-designated courier. In stock items usually ship within 24hrs after receipt of order. TM-Developments does not guarantee on time delivery for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate. Out of stock items will be placed on backorder. Backorder items will ship within 24hrs after receipt of shipment from manufacturer.
REJECTION OF GOODS
As soon as the goods are delivered to the Buyer, they shall inspect them. Notice in writing must be given within three (3) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions.
Failure to give notice within three (3) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.
CLAIMS
TM-Developments will exchange and pay all shipping expenses ONLY if the part received does not match the order placed within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
RETURNS
All items returned are subject to a 20% (Twenty percent) restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on ignition systems, computers, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days after date of invoice. It is the customers responsibility to contact TM-Developments within this time period to be eligible for a return. You may contact us by way of email via our Contact Us page. Any returns must be clearly marked as return packages, otherwise the package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels and tires, which have been mounted, are not returnable.
REFUNDS
A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned to TM-Developments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only. All other non-credit card orders will be refunded by either company cheque or credit note. Refused shipments sent back to TM-Developments do not constitute a refund or credit. TM-Developments reserve the right
to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 20% restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders outside of UK must be paid in full by bank wire transfer and must add £25 before any order will be processed. All foreign orders are final. No returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyers responsibility to order the correct part. TM-Developments does not guarantee proper fitment for buyers foreign vehicle as all parts sold by TM-Developments are made for the Japanese domestic market.
WARRANTY
All products sold by TM-Developments are only subject to the manufacturers warranty. Manufacturer warranty will not be honoured if the customers mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect. If a product is deemed faulty, the purchaser will pay for all shipping costs. TM-Developments will only accept a warranty return if the purchaser supplies a receipt of installation from a licensed automotive engineer. Parts installed by a non licensed automotive engineer will render the warranty claim as void. Please note some Japanaese products carry no warranty. Forged engines have no warranty due to possible misuse, fitting and tuning by third parties. Any work carried out by third parties will be at the responsibility of the customer.
