Blitz Black Dual Turbo Timer

£130.00

All turbo engines need to be run at idle for a time after driving under
boost. This is because the turbo runs at around 900°C, and when the
engine is switched off, it's oil supply is also stopped, meaning the
bearings are not cooled, and can quickly overheat. Thus the engine
needs to left at idle until the turbo has cooled down sufficiently for
the bearings to survive. The all new DC (Digital Compact) range of
turbo timers now have more features than before, are smaller and easier
to read and have a new flat screen meaning no distortion when viewing
from almost any angle. The FATT DC has fully automatic and manual timer
modes, battery voltage display, internal air temperature display, 10
minute lap timer and a digital rev counter. The Dual DC (shown left)
also has fully automatic and manual timer modes, along with a boost
pressure display, peak boost display, boost warning mode, 10 minute lap
timer and digital rev counter. Both the Dual DC and FATT DC do not need
ECU speed connections so they are suitable for any car.
