SHIPPING information
All orders are shipped by either Royal Mail or a pre-designated courier.
In stock items usually ship within 24hrs after receipt of order.
Tm-developments does not guarantee on time delivery for out of stock items.
Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate.
Out of stock items will be placed on backorder.
Backorder items will ship within 24hrs after receipt of shipment from manufacturer.
RETURNS information
All items returned are subject to a 20% (Twenty percent) restocking fee.
Returns are not accepted on ignition systems, computers, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders and custom orders.
All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days after date of invoice.
It is the customers responsibility to contact Tm-developments within this time period to be eligible for a return. You may contact us by way of email via our Contact Us page.
Any returns must be clearly marked as return packages, otherwise the package will be refused.
All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging.
Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels and tires, which have been mounted, are not returnable.
